ONETHATCH Bamboo Torch are offered with free shipping , so please be aware that you will need to pay to ship it back to our US warehouse if you return a qualifying item to us. All qualifying products must be returned within 30 days.

If returning an qualifying item, please follow the below process:

• Email us at sales@onethatch.com to advise of your return.
• All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
• Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address provided by us in the email .
• Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us at sales@onethatch.com so we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number in case there are any issues during transit. We also recommend that you insure the return package. We will not be responsible for the loss of packages during transit.
• Please note that we cannot refund shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or shipping damage. 
• We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase, less the restocking fee and other charges, if applicable. Refunds will be issued once all parts are inspected and verified complete and in good condition.
